Workshops
Listed on this page are some sample outlines of workshops. I have found that each community or organization has a unique set of needs, so I like to meet in-person or over the phone to discuss what type and length of workshop or training might work best for your environment. I also offer contemplative consulting, where I work internally for an organization to design workshops or programs that are tailored specifically to that organization’s needs.
I have worked in both the private and public sectors, collaborating with education, healthcare and corporate institutions.
